Recommended Resource for Families
The family discipleship plannerd (called "Together Toward Jesus") have arrived! This planner begins in August and is focused on helping families have targeted Bible reading and a focused prayer request each day. There are places to record monthly prayer requests and blessings. This school-year calendar can help keep you and your family consistent with Bible reading and prayer as you move and grow "Together Toward Jesus." Suggested donation is $13. You can pay for and pick them up at the Welcome Desk upstairs or the children's Welcome Desk downstairs.

A Look at What We Will Be Studying…
Kidzlife Sunday Night Club will be using a curriculum from Truth:78 called the ABC’s of God. This curriculum will use the alphabet to help students understand more of the character and attributes of God. Students will learn of the greatness and worth of our God so that they may know Him and love Him more. Some of the attributes that we will study in the first few months are Incomprehensible, Eternal, Creator, Glorious, and Wise.

FINAL SUNDAY FOR SUMMER INTERNS
Thank you to Colin Harris & Blake Von Bokern for their help at Lifeway this Summer! Their final Sunday as interns will be August 18th.
- Fritzi & Sue Sips: continued health improvement; Sue for healing as she is doing therapy for torn rotator cuff
- Tyler & Nancy Sage: Tyler's health & Nancy as she cares for him
- John Bower & Family: chemo every 3 weeks is holding cancer stable; will continue until Sept & the repeat all tests to evaluate how the chemo is effecting his thyroid, gall bladder & heart
- Charlene Buss (Tina Edwards sister): PRAISE! recent scans show that tumors are shrinking; please continue to pray that Lord will give her strength during treatments for stage 4 lung cancer
- Andy & Bryn Gleiser (children - Charis, Amberly, Drew): Bryn was diagnosed with lung cancer; treatment not an option
- Richard Welding: continued strength & health as he battles blood cancer
- Dan Quearry: PRAISE!! feeling better & was at church Sunday & Wednesday
- Donna Beck: health issues; feeling a little overwhelmed; encouragement needed
- Marilyn Helms: back pain & wisdom for the right doctor
- Paul Schmidt: continued prayer for his health as he battles lung cancer
- Mark (Sharon Hottell's brother): went home to be with the Lord on July 17. Please pray for the family during this time
- Lois England: fell & broke ribs
