A graveside service will be held at Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney, IL at 9:00 am CT / 10:00 am ET, followed by a funeral service at Lifeway Baptist Church in Ellettsville, IN at 3:30 pm ET on Saturday, November 1, 2025.

In light of the economic challenges many in our community are facing, Lifeway is partnering with Pantry 279 to help meet urgent food needs this season. Together, we can make a meaningful difference—especially as Thanksgiving approaches.

Drop-Off Times & Location:
Bring your donations to Lifeway during any service time or during office hours:
Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Monetary gifts are also welcome—Lifeway will give these funds to help Pantry 279
purchase high-need items. Your financial gift may be given here or by check/cash. Please be sure to designate it to, “Food Drive for Pantry 279”.
All collected items will be delivered to Pantry 279 at the end of the drive.
Thank you for showing love to our neighbors in this tangible way.

During the 10am Worship Service

In grateful recognition of the men & women who have served in the Armed Forces, we will take a moment during our service to honor all veterans in attendance. As a token of appreciation, a gift will be available for each veteran as they exit after the service.

- Gleiser Family: Bryn’s ongoing battle w/cancer
- Gus Correa: pray for his rehabilitation & for the family as they care for him
- Eli Correa (Amber & Gus’s son): fractured his ankle
- Greg Hottell: chemo treatments as he continues to battle cancer
- Jennifer Whaley (Kathy Stout’s nephew’s wife): breast cancer
- Amy Thurman: home & recovering; appt w/surgeon on 11/4 to find out if they were able to remove all cancer; feeling pretty good overall
- Kim (Regine Kaufield’s daughter): undergoing a double mastectomy
- Taylor Family: currently searching for a rental home or travel trailer to purchase for living in while house is being renovated & rebuilt
- Mary Gross: surgery went well & is home recovering
- Whitney Bougher: slowly recovering from surgery but doing well
- Jean (Craig Harris Aunt): has cancer; been in the hospital w/a bacterial infection & also kidney problems
- Kyle Reagan: surgery today at 2pm
- Porscheya Smith: gallbladder surgery today
- Marylou (Alisa Foster sister): recovering well at Bloomington hospital
- Ron & Jennifer Cheatham: both are home recovering from health issues
- Ken Kolbe: surgery last week on colon; has had a setback and has been readmitted to the hospital in Florida. Please pray for healing and wisdom; grace while away from home
- Asher Helton: discharged from Riley's today & is home recovering
- Jim Winders: recovering from heart issues; new medications being used
- Ally Pemberton (Susan Vest niece): she has been fighting the norovirus and she is back in Riley because her kidney functions are high
