VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS

May 16 at 10am - Work Day: As Vacation Bible School quickly approaches, we can use help getting decorations made! If you are able to cut, paint, design, draw, pick up trash, we can use you!
May 24 Volunteer Meeting: If you are working with us for Vacation Bible School, please plan to attend this brief but important informational meeting following the 10am service. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall.

REMEMBERING WITH GRATITUDE
In memory of those who served in the U.S. military and have passed away, a memorial list will be available for everyone to pick up on Sunday, May 24. During the service, we will take time to read through the list and pray together.

STUDENT MINISTRY UPCOMING EVENTS
May 16th, Airsoft Battle, 5-8pm
Join us for an epic airsoft battle at the Von Bokern's house! This event is open to students in 6–12 grade (parents and older siblings of students are welcomed to join!). The cost is $5 per person. A limited number of airsoft guns and eye protection will be available, so please bring your own equipment if you have it. Be sure to register by May 15 to secure your pizza!
Airsoft Gun Specification Requirements: Must not exceed 350 FPS
Important: For the safety of everyone, All participants will be required to wear eye protection throughout the duration of airsoft play. Participants who fail to comply with said rules will be dismissed.

June 2nd, Summer Bible Study (6th-12th Grade), 9-10am
Throughout the summer, students will embark on a journey through the book of Amos to explore God’s perfect justice & shocking mercy. And yes—there will be donuts :)
June 3rd, Summer Nights, 6-8pm
Students & their families are invited to join us. Register online for each Summer Night event you plan to attend. June 3rd, we’ll be hosting a cookout at McCormick’s Creek State Park. Cost for park entrance is $7 per car (IN Residents or $15 for out of state residents). Bring a side dish to share. If it rains, we’ll move the fun indoors & meet at the church in the teen room for games.

- Teresa Beggs & Family (Christy Paulley’s sister): her husband, Michael, suffered a heart attack and passed away on Friday; funeral service is tomorrow
- Sarah Higgins: Dr. confirmed she has a full ACL tear; must do therapy before surgery can be done; waiting to be contacted to set up those appts
- Jim Knorr (Amber Dhanawade's uncle): has Parkinson's; fell on last week & had a minor surgery on his back; sent to rehab; praying that he can understand the exercises & physically do them
