Junior Camp Information!
July 8 - July 13

Departing from Lifeway Baptist Church on Monday, July 8th. Campers will return from camp on Saturday, July 13. Heidi Stewart will text parents that day with pickup time.

  • 8:40am Loading
  • 9am Departing 
  • 11:30am (bring a sack lunch & drink)
  • 2pm Arriving at Camp Peniel

The forecast shows the possibility of rain on the 4th, but we are still planning to continue with the cookout. If as the day goes on, it looks like weather will be bad, a decision will be made to cancel or reschedule & a text to those that signed up will be sent.

Bring a side dish to share, your chairs & come ready for a good time!

THE MEN'S BOOK STUDY GROUP WILL NOT MEET ON JULY 6. THE NEXT STUDY IS SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 3.

  • Fritzi & Sue Sips: continued health improvement; Sue for healing as she is doing therapy for torn rotator cuff 
  • Tyler & Nancy Sage: Tyler's health & Nancy as she cares for him
  • John Bower & Family: scans show cancer is stable: it has not spread or shrunk. Dr ordered chemo every 3 weeks  until he is in remission (estimated to be as long as 2 years.) 
  • Charlene Buss (Tina Edwards sister): Lord will give her strength during treatments for stage 4 lung cancer
  • Andy & Bryn Gleiser (children - Charis, Amberly, Drew): Bryn was diagnosed with lung cancer; treatment not an option
  • Richard Welding: diagnosed with blood cancer; receiving chemo
  • Donna Beck: health issues; feeling a little overwhelmed; encouragement needed
  • Marilyn Helms: back pain & wisdom for the right doctor

These totals do not reflect any monies that were received online after 06/26/2024 or monies received in the office after 06/30/2024. Those totals will be reflected in next week’s offering totals.
