Lifeway is opening the Parking Lot for
free, first-come, first serve parking
On April 8, 2024, a total solar eclipse will cross North America, and Ellettsville is right in its path.
We know that many people will be traveling to see this unique event and so we are offering our parking lot on April 8 for free parking.

Parking Lot Information
- The entrance will be closed for parking through the weekend (April 5-7), and it will only be open at 8 AM on April 8. We ask that people depart the parking lot by 8 PM.
- We are not selling parking spots or requiring a ticket to enter the lot. Parking will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. When the lot is full, we will close the lot. There are 230 parking spots.
- We are not able to have campers or RV's on the lot.
- There will be 3 portable toilets available in the church parking lot but the building will be locked to the community. We will also provide access to garbage bins so that participants may clean up upon departure.
- Parking is free but you may make a digital donation to cover expenses.
